ok i have to wear black pantyhose as part of my uniform, should i wear

b) sheer pantyhose with black panties under
c) control top/ support pantyhose with black panties under

I would go with B .. Ive never wore my panties over my panty hose... thats kinda like wearing your panties over your pants... lol jk

There is never a reason to wear panties with PANTYhose, in my humble opinion.
