I earned my diploma! Not as a sixth grader! Yes, there are kids that have learning disabilities. I know that. But a diploma? ....and then to college? What is this? A "pity" thing for the disabled?

just because they have a learning disability doesnt mean they arent intelligent human beings. for all you know they could be better than you at a certain area. and i have known people with learning disabilities throughout school. so it may take them a couple more years to get that diploma, but they deserve it just as much as everyone else when they earn it

I wonder why my 9th grader is still spelling on the first grade level. I took him out of school and he is already spelling at a 5th grade level in three months.Whats up with that?
