Congrats, you probably have a yeast infection! Talk to your mom, you don't have to tell her anything other than what you think it is.
There are over the counter creams that can help but sometimes you'll need a pill.
If you have sex while you have a yeast infection than your partner will get it too and you can reinfect each other.
Don't wear dirty clothes (underwear, pants, bathing suits etc.) and make sure to wear a liner and DON'T DOUCHE!! Douching makes it worse since it gives the bacteria a nice, warm, cozy place to hang out and stay.
Don't worry, everyone gets them and they're treatable. Still, just incase it's something else, I'd talk to mom AND go to the doctor.

Bacteria infections generally have a strange smell. Yeast infections are itchy and have weird discharge. Your combination of symptoms may be, and I'm serious, a tampon. The nurse practicioner, dr or Planned Parenthood nurse can remove it to seconds and they remove them all of the time, all of the time. The smell will become much worse with time, and you could get sick. If you think you could reitrieve this, you probably can not. You will not be able to tell if you are poking at your self or an object. Treating this as a yeast infection or bacteria infection when you do not know could be dangerous. Good luck dear, and do not be afraid.

If you've been having fluish symptoms, I would go get tested for a sexually transmitted disease. Planned Parenthood has awesome facilities all over the place, and everything is confidential, so get online and find one by you.. for me, the people have always been really efficient and understanding. If you've never had sex or are feeling fine otherwise, you might have a yeast infection. Go to WebMD online and look for symptoms. My friend used to get yeast infections all the time and she says that's exactly what they're like, but if you treat them they won't bother you for long. Hope this helps.

Now don't be all worried. This sounds like an yeast infection. You can get over the counter medications for this. But it would be for the best to talk to your Mom and go to the Doctor. You don't want to take any chances. do the right thing. Take care and God Bless

It sounds like you've got an infection of some sort. You're gonna have to talk to your mom or a doctor to get it treated. It'll be worth it!

Yeast infection. You can buy stuff from the chemist for that sweetie. Go to the chemist. If the treatment doesn't fix it up you HAVE to see a doctor. GO to a woman doctor and you might feel more comfortable.

It might be a yeast infection,. but you can talk to your doctor in confidential. If you really want to remain anonymous, go to your local health clinic.... especially if you are sexually active. You don't want to leave an STD untreated.
