With your fallopians removed your ovum are unable to be fertilized within the missing tube where the sperm meet with the ovum and then proceed to your uterus. So, no you cannot become pregnant in the conventional way but perhaps a fertility specialist could retrieve them and do the whole IVP process for you. Your ovum are just absorbed into your body if unable to reach it's destination, like they would with your fallopian tubes intact but not fertilized.

If your tubes are gone, you can't get pregnant as there is no pathway for the eggs to get to your uterus, As for any eggs that are released during ovualtion, without the tube they simply pass away through your bloodstream like normal cellular waste.
