Well today my manger asked me if am on any medacain.Can they really do that?Am bi-proler she also told me that maybe you need to higher the dose..Well I have been told that she can't do that.Is that true?

Although incredibly inappropriate, I really don't
see that your manager has broken the law.

If, however, they had made it clear that if you didn't
answer the question, it would be grounds for
alteration or termination of employment, you might
have a cause of complaint.

"Upping the dose" - well, if this manager has no
medical training, I would think you could simply
take it as an insult - and your company will
have policies about appropriate conduct in the
workplace. That is, you might be able to
sue the company for violating its own by-laws
or something.

HOWEVER: As inappropriate as these comments
may seem, in and of themselves, I doubt will
get you anywhere.

Most such suits are only successful if you can
show a pattern of abuse, not just a single
incident.
