What can you do to get streaks out of a new paint black paint job?

depend on what you painted. If a wall you have to repaint with better tools. cheap brushes and stuff will show streak with dark colors.
you could faux or sponge the wall to make it seem like you wanted the streaks

metaal you could spray paint do not go to close to item you want a light spray dusting

wood you might need just a enamel paint or a gloss paint. Maybe two coat if the paint sank into the wood
