In an ever changing world that we are struggling to adapt to anything that is different or new to a particular person could be considered weird. The important thing is the more we are exposed to certain situations the more "unweird" they become. If you feel uneasy after seeing something unusual try to figure out exactly what it is that is making you feel this particular way. You can find allot out about yourself by digging for intelligent answers.

Not weird at all. We NEED more interracial couples to break down the barriers. I'm just waiting for the glorious day when everyone will look like Halle Berry; not black or white, just something else. *l*

First off were do you live? In my town in Illinois it is as common as day and night (Excuse the pun). People wont think it so weird after they see it for a while.

i am a staunch republican and christian, who happens to also be white with some american indian bloodline.

my niece is married to a black man:

many of my friends in the army are married to black, asian, middle eastern, south american, european, etc, etc, etc. spouses.

none of which bother me in the slightest because as a child growing up during the vietnam war, black, white, asian, hispanic....it did not matter, we all had to pull together as families and support each other.

only a very small segment of todays military harbor any predjudice and that is usually lost during basic training or the advanced individual training.

I don't think it's weird. I'm white, and I've been with white, black, and mixed "black & white" guy before. I think as long as the guy is nice it doesn't matter what color they are, it's how they treat you.

Nothing weird about it. The races are blending, the way it should. My grand baby is a result of blending. He's beautiful!

no, i don't think it's weird, I see them all the time where I'm from. I'm glad I live in a very accepting part of town.

If the two people care about each other and want to be together, aren't attached to other people in any way, then they should do what they want to and who cares what other people think.

If you are happy, does it really matter whether society calls it "weird"? Just a thought.

I think it's fine. If they want to be together then no one should bother them; it's their choice; as it should be.
