Drink lots of water, I know you hear that everywher but its true, not onli does it flush toxins out of your body (clear your skin), but it also makes you feel like your stomach is really full so you dont feel like eating ( lose fat). Working out also helps even if its just a quik ten minute work out in the morning before you have a shower!

Lose fat = burn more calories than you consume...exercise is the key...

Skin = drink lots of water, stay out of the sun or use plenty of sunscreen...moisturize...

TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR FIRST.

Some possibilities...

Work out.
Drink lots of water.
Get LOTS of sleep.
Don't stress out!
Detox for a few days, then diet on a natural foods diet (low sugar, low fat; high fiber, high protien... lots of fruits/veggies...)
Cut back on/stop intake of caffeine/drugs/alcohol (if you take any of these)....
