I'm a Sagittarius and I love my sign. I think that were very optimistic people. No matter what situation were in and how bad it looks we sagittarius always feel that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. We never give up hope!!! Were also all about having an adventure no matter what, and were very easy going people that get along with everybody!!! The one thing us sagittarians suffer with is our bluntness and honesty. We simply can't help but be honest about everything no matter what it is, and we can rub some people the wrong way by being so honest and blunt, but it's never intentional. I believe that everybody was born under a certian sign for a reason. We are all meant to have the sign we have. One of my brother's is a scorpio like you. His B-day is Nov. 5. I think he would agree with you all the way.

To me Leo and Sagittarius seem the happiest. They shrug off disappointment easily and trudge on. They have to be the signs that I've known least prone to depression. Sorry, I've known some Geminis that can easily get down on themselves and stay there. Aries people seem to be positive too, but are always fighting some kind of battle within themselves or others that gets them down. Pisces with Sag rising. And that's hard.

Sure, I'm happy most of the time, unlike the other two virgos that answered this question. But, then maybe their moon sign isn't Capricorn and their rising sign isn't Sagittarius either. I guess that makes me a well grounded person with a tendency to go a bit wild at times.
Thank God for the the Sagittarius!
Then again, happiness is all in how you chose to look at things and whether or not you choose to be happy overall. If you don't look for something to be happy about or if you continously look at the negative side of things, there's simply no way your going to be happy!

Happiness is a state of mind at the moment. Best way to be happy is to just BE HAPPY for no reason!
Having said that, some signs do have a tendency to be happy more often, while some signs are inherently restless which prevents them from being in a specific state for long.

Well I am the queen of the sign TAURUS..... My sun and moon sign are both taurus.. I am exactly how the book says I am, stubborn, beautiful, doesn't like change too much and I love good food...
I am happy most of the time...I have lived some difficult times and my stubborness doesn't help too much... BUT i wouldn't change it for the world.

I am a pisces and i love it. I don't know about being self-absorbed and obnoxious that sounds like thats coming from someone that is not a pisces. Anyway, I love being a pisces because i am very thoughtful, sweet, caring, outgoing, loves change, and i can adapt to anything.

I'm an Aries (but rising sign is Pisces). I don't like being Aries nor Pisces because Aries can be mean and stuff, and Pisces is all shy and secretive. I think I'd rather be a Gemini.

the key to your question is "are you happy"? but dona a Jerry hate it ...they see you happy with Scorpios and you cant change their birth date...make them honorary and make them happy....
