I think I've seen 'em all already, just hoping that someone else can think of one that I've missed. And please don't say "Goodfellas", I've seen it more times than I can count.

Departed, by Scorsese. It's not as good as goodfellas or casino.. at least after you watch the movie. During though, I was glued to the seat.

City of God was a good one, Copland is still one of my favorites.. and i think everyone's seen pulp fiction.

Gotta go with the Godfather sagas...but not 3. I don't think anybody really liked 3, but it was a decent flick, just way below par considering its mammoth predecessors.
Scarface is another great movie, but would it really fit with the whole mafia genre? I mean, Montana was Cuban, not Italian, and we're talking Italian here from the looks of everything.

The movie "Made"- wasn't that great in my opinion, but you may enjoy it if you like mob-type movies. Also, not really "mobbish", but if you liked Goodfellas, you might like "Snatch". It was sorta like a combination of Goodfellas, Reservoir Dogs and Pulp Fiction all rolled into one.

Try "Family Enforcer" . It's an early Joe Pesci, low budget but not too bad. Mobsters and Holligans are pretty good too.
