To put this as kindly as possible....what would be the point of catering to the MINORITY vote? Isn't the idea to get the MOST votes? The majority, obviously, should rule in any given situation. If any group is unhappy, it is thier job to then recruit voters to sway thier way. That's how it works.

Make no mistake. company HR departments have performed this harm, no longer "politicians". The minute the "employer international" observed greater healthful to undertake "political correctness" and "variety"..... the wear and tear replaced into performed. To think of you will get fired for putting forward that a guy with a "grill" in his mouth can spend his money on that rubbish, yet desires "advice" to feed his infants... we lost. To think of you may hire somebody to end some "quota" time table, rather of the main qualified or toughest working guy or woman.... we lost. To think of you may sell a "guy or woman of coloration" into administration rather of the guy who's conscious of the employer like the returned of his hand... we lost. This conflict replaced into lost on the residing house front. no one cares what maximum politicians say, yet once you're dealing with people who've the capability to fire YOU.... you the two "provide in" or you "get out". Blame HR human beings.... no longer some wind-bag baby-kisser.
