why does my forearm mucles seem tight and hurt after having blood drawn?

no, it's not black and blue, i have had that happen before but that was a long time ago. it just feels real stiff and achy. i watched when he did it and it looked simple enough. i had been clenching prior to him hitting my vien. would he have gone thru my muscle to get to the vein?

your musles gets tight because youre doin isometric contaction and you also feel anxious,, the pain is mainly from the needle or the rubber tube the phebotomisy used to pop out the vein
