What does it mean "the requested page cannot be displayed" when i try to download a ringtone ?

I recently got a Lg 1400 phone and when i send a ringtone to my phone and i try to go to the url address it says this message? I can receive tones from my carrier without problem?

get ring tones from LG or your carrier nobody else

Your phone is acting goofy, just turn the phone off and on again, then it should work. You could also wait about 20 min and then it will work.

There may be a problem with the site. You should probably try again and if it still doesn't work, the site's server may be down.
