I'm originaly from Chicago. About a year ago, I moved to Phoenix. While I was there I had a great job with benefits and vacation and everything. I moved back to Chicago (right, what was I thinking?), and found out that it really is harder to get a job here without a degree. I was wondering if anybody thinks this way also or has noticed this too?

Phoenix has a better economy. I live in Phoenix. When I moved to the United States from Canada, I had a hard time getting a job. It was cold in the winter too. I have lived in Phoenix 12 years now. I might be biased but I think Phoenix is where it's at.

Chicago is becoming more of a metro city than Phoenix - hence the stiffer competition!
