Tried wireless devises and the picture / audio quality was terrible.

I’ve had the best success connecting the Primary TV with component (HDTV) or S-Video cable (Standard Definition) and remote TV’s with RG6 cable connected to the DVR (TiVo) coax output. RG6 is used for Digital Cable and Satellite service. RG6 may already be in your walls! If not preinstalled in your home (or currently used for cable TV) it is easy to install, and can be run very long distances. You may need to make a trip under your house, into the attic or simply punch a small whole in a wall into another room.

You will also need an RF remote (or IR Remote Extender) to control the TiVo in another room.

If the remote TV is in another state – get a Sling Box!

Good Luck

Take the tivo and attach it to another tv.
You can set up a wireless network and transfer shows between tvs, or you can set up the wireless network and send the stuff to your PC and burn into on a dvd and watch it anywhere.

Another TiVo. You need to network them together and enable "Multi Room Viewing".
