Has anyone watched The Break up DVD? If so what is the alternate ending? I watched the DVD a couple of days ago but didn't realize it had an alternate ending- I saw the ending when Vince and Jen bump into each other after being seperated for a few months and make plans to hang out (the one from the theaters) What is the other ending?

Rented this movie on the weekend. The alternate ending is that they still don't get back together...they meet up with each other with other dates they are with and say hi and all and when they walk away, they look back at each other.....then there is a scene of singers performing and it's her brother and the reception guy from the art studio and seem to have a thing going.

The alternate ending shows a shot that makes you believe that they are back togeather at first but there not. they bump into each other at a carnival and shes with a guy that looks like him and hes with a girl that looks like her. They introduce there new friends to one another and then they continue the speech from the original ending (come for a cruise on my boat yada yada yada). Then after they part ways Her brother and the Tone Rangers have an on stage performance where there all dressed like cowboys and the gay guy from the art gallery appears in there show dressed like an indian. The End.

The alternate ending has them running into each other at a carnival with their dates . . . his date looks like her and vice-versa. The lines were pretty much the same with the exception of the introductions. The theatrical ending was much better in my opinion.

Its almost the same except they run into each other at a fair type place and they both have dates that resemble each other. Go to the bonus features on your DVD so you can watch it.

They each move on and they have a date with each other and they see each other at a fair. Then they talk about her visiting the boat and it will be on the house and how life has been going.
