like the crocidile hunter?how is this person doing? i heard they took a pretty long peice out of the person.just wanted to know if there was actually any truth to this.....

Yes, it DID jump in his boat, he was trying to get it out, and it stabbed him in the chest with the barb. He is doing remarkably well, and is expected to recover.

A stingray jumped into the mans boat and as he was trying to get a hold of it and throw it back in it stung him. He didn't try to pul the barb out of his chest, which is probably what killed the crocodile hunter. The surgeons took the barb out of his heart on the O.R. table. I don't know what kind of condition he is in now, but he did survive.

The stingray didnt jump into the mans boat..the guy was in his boat fishing, and was near the edge of his boat, the stingray jumped out of the water and stung him and the stinger got lodged in him.
The man survived and is doing just fine. Elderly man in his 80's

It actually happened ...but the dif is the stingray jumped outta the water onto the boat and stung some old guy.

The news said the stingray jumped in his boat!? Never heard of that happening, but oh well. It was in Florida and I guess the guy is okay.

I heard a stinray jumped into a boat and cut a man and he was able to drive the boat back to shore to get help.

yes, some dude had this stingray jump into his boat and attack him, but he survived.

Yea, some guy was stung by one and they pulled it out of him. The Crocodile Hunter was killed by one, but this guy wasn't. He SURVIVED the attack.
