I recommend LAs Vegas. Its a 24/7 town with always something to do or see. It has a lot of free attractions too. You can get rooms for about $100 a night or less in the big hotels on the strip. Just don't try to go on a holiday weekend. Rates are cheaper there Sunday through Thursday nights. Friday and Sat are about $40 to $60 more per room. and its more crowded.

Even if you don't want to gamble there are first class broadway shows, top notch restaurants, and plenty of shopping and other things to do. My bet is you can get a package for both for under a $1,000. for 3 nights and probably cheaper if you book your hotel and sir yourself. Try the Monte carlo or Flamingo hotel, both are great and have good prices all the time.

It all depends upon what sort of fun you want. Beach? Bars?

And, how old you are. Each winter, around 100,000 retirees visit the Rio Grande Valley. It is known as McAllen, but there are a large number of small towns around there.

It is a day trip to the South Padre Islands. The only problem is, during the long Spring Break season, one must take a cooler of food, because while the beaches north of town are not full, the restaurants, even McDonald's, are.

Very warm. While it is zero in the north, in McAllen, there will be the smell of orange blossoms.

A few miles to Nuevo Progreso, with cheap safe parking for a short visit across the Rio Grande to a shopping community.

There are a number of parks with small to full mobile homes for temporary rent, usually much cheaper than motels.

There are a lot of activities in various parks. Bird watching at the Santa Ana refuge. Also by the civic center on the South Padre Islands.

For youngsters, it may or may not be of interest.

hi, Florida is your maximum suitable guess. Many hotels warmth the swimming pools so the air could basically be in the 70's however the youngsters can nevertheless swim. Florida is quite the warmest. it is humid and that helps. In Las Vegas or perhaps AZ the air feels cooler by way of fact it is dry. while you're in seek of low-value and could depart the U. S.. you are able to evaluate Cancun. Very commercial with effective hotels and warmer climate. by way of fact it is any such extensive trip spot you are able to generally get a sturdy value. attempt your community shuttle agent for further information. Have a large time everywhere you flow! karen

Phoenix metro area is nice in February. There is tons to do...shopping, golf, hiking, and the Grand Canyon is only 2.5 hrs away in the car. The Tuscon area is also close by car, down there you can see the Minuteman Missle Silo, Sonoran Desert Museum, Casa Grande and so much more.

Sedona, Arizona. The road into town has been voted one of the 10 most scenic routes in the US. It is located near Flagstaff and is also only about 60 miles from the Grand Canyon. The weather is fabulous year round.

I think that anywhere in the south is good because it's not their busy season. During February it's not cold, but it's not really warm either. I'd say Florida is a good place to go...it's not hurricane season yet, it's not too hot, and it's not their busy season.
