I'm just the opposite. I am warm and friendly at first, then get quiet later. It's weird.

Thankfully, I'm not shy at all. I'm warm and friendly. In fact, when I spot a couple of shy ones hanging back, I go over and talk to them for awhile before slowly bringing them into a group. I hate for people to feel left out due to some initial shyness. It always works out.

At my first job interview, I was unnaturally comfortable, I even joked. <_< And all of the people I worked with were the kind you described as clicking with immediately. Other than that, I'm usually really shy, until I get to know someone.

Yes I am naturally a shy person, so I have to feel out my surroundings and observe the people before i start to communicate with them,

heyy its ok to be shy.. but if its for a job, then you kind of have to show that your not shy, as it makes you look .. whats the word.. well, not confident. They like people whom are confident (I lack confidence most of the time, but its not so hard to just put a front on first) so hey, you can be shy by all means, its only natural (human psychology) but yeah.. sometimes it gets in the way.... and as for me? I get shy, but i tend to put on a front.. it helps.

i guess i am only shy when i know the person is entirely adverse from what i am. doesn't mean i won't try to communicate. the only time you should genuinely be shy is when you get really smashed at a party and you've had too much jaguer bombs and a friend of yours helps you to your bed while you puke on his/her shirt, then the morning after you wake up with shaved eyebrows and your hair is pink. then you should be shy.

Nope. Can't accuse me of being shy. What's the point of shyness? It doesn't get you anywhere. leave shyness to the wannabes and wishers and hopers. I'm an action girl. It's more honest to just be who you are instead of hiding behind shyness.
