When your periods first start you will not be regular. It can vary in timing for up to 2 years after your first period, before you settle into a regular pattern. It may happen each month, and it may not, at least for a while. If you keep track of the start and stop dates, eventually you will see the pattern develop and have an idea of how many days your cycle takes, and be able to predict about when it will happen again. If you haven't had sex, you can't be pregnant. Now that doesn't mean you have to go all the way and have penetration- if there was semen anywhere near the vaginal opening you can get pregnant. It's not as likely, but it can happen. If there was nothing like that, then you can't be pregnant. Pregnant requires sperm and egg, and that's the only recipe there is.
If you have questions, the best person to ask is your mom or even dad. If you can't bring yourself to ask them, then ask the school nurse or even the PE teacher. Actually, you could probably ask any teacher, and they would get the information for you. You need to have a good understanding of what is happening to your body so you can make good decisions in the future and not be surprised.

Any time your peroid is late you could be pregnant. The only way to verify is to take a preganacy test. Good luck.
FYI: No question is a stupid question if you don't know the answer and that doesn't make you stupid.
Also, it's am not em. ie: Am I pregnant?

Let me see if I understand your question. Did you just start getting your period? If so it usually takes awhile for it to become normal and regular. If you are having sex, there could be a possibility that you are pregnant and you need to get a test to see if you are.

Stress, illness, and other factors can throw off your natural cycle. If you think it is possible that you are pregnant, the best way to find out is to take a pregnancy test.

if you just started it's normal not to be regular yet. If you didn't have sex you can't be pregnant.
