Yes, it is a condition called tinnitus. It is occasionally accompanied by dizziness which can cause vertigo (light headedness or dizziness) often caused by an inner ear problem or could be a chronic.

That's called tinnitus, and yes I do.
Been needing to see a Dr. about that for a while now.

I always hear noises in my ears, bells ringing and phones ringing......very weird.

Yes I do and it's when I am trying to go to sleep. I thought it was wisdom tooth related or something.
