Chirstian finishes having sex with his boss's wife and storms off saying that his boss will not get to use his ten inch penis to have sex with his wife.
Meanwhile Rosie's character returns having had one of her ears chopped off by earing thieves. They get a biologic group to grow her an ear on the back of a mouse.
Matt hits on Kimber in the steam room at her place but she turns him down
Meanwhile the anesthesiologist is told that her kidney is failing and that she must go on dialysis. The guys agree to be tested for a transplant. Shawn is a 5 out of six match but says nothing.
Christian goes over to Kimber and has hot sex with her only to tell her that it is over. He tells her he only did it because she makes him feel appreciated.
The Boss has a stroke on Viagra and goes to the boys for facial surgery. Christian asks who gave him the Viagra. Hackman swears it was him.
Mathew volunteers to be the transplant donor and Shawn has a problem with that.
After her surgery Rosie and the Anesthesiologist get to know each other and find out that neither of them have anyone to take care of them.
The Boss nearly dies on the table but Christian saves him.
Shawn confesses about being a match but learns that Rosie is a 6 for 6 match. She will do the translpant.
Kimber calls up Matt and tells him she was sorry for telling him to leave and starts having sex with him
Christian takes the boss back to his house and tells the wife that he knew she wanted him to let the boss die on the table.

Well Rosie O'Donnell was back and she was "ear jacked" and needed a new one. And Christian was in distruction mode and had slept with Kimber. Kimber got her hopes up again and hoped things were smoothing out with Christian. But Christian walked out on her and made her feel like crap. And I think Kimber is going to use Matt for vengeance. And Sean was hiding the fact that he was a perfect match to give one of his kidneys to Liz. But luckily after he confessed the truth Rosie O'Donnell's character was even a better match and gave one of her kidneys to Liz. Liz and her have developed a strong friendship bond.
