Hardwork ethic. Talent doesn't mean squat and actually makes a lot of people lazy because they don't need to try hard, but if you have a hardwork ethic you're almost guaranteed to go somewhere with your life.

It depends on you. If you have alot of talent, you may get by without a hardwork ethic. But in general both is ideal.

personally "hardwork" ethic. Talent is great but you need to able to work hard to develop your talent or do something successful with it. Hardwork pays off.

i would like to have alot of both in what i do. if you dont have one than the other faulters. an actor that has talent but doesnt want to work. a cook that works hard but doesnt have a talent to cook. id rather be in the middle and have a little of both. makes you go places faster.

Every super successful person I know has been accused of being lucky or talented. Every one of these people know that they work so hard that they have created their own luck.
The saying "Attitude will beat Aptitude in Determining your Altitude" is true.
The harder you work the more talented and lucky you become.
