Where can I get a push-up bra that is fairly cheap, and fits smaller sizes (32AA).

A push up bra only really works on larger sizes. If you want to enhance your size without the painful (and expensive) surgery, I suggest one of those water bras or nude bras. Each will enhance your size, and you'll be the only one who knows about it because each are very discreet. Water bras would be at any major underwear retailer.
Just remember, only do this type of thing for yourself, any guy who doesnt like you for who you are isnt worth it.

you can get them at Victorias Secret that is the best spot even i will wear them :) also oldnavy has some and Macy's and they are about $15.00

TRY WALMART OR SOME OF THE OTHER DISCOUNT STORES. I'VE SEEN THEM A LOT OF PLACES.
