This is kind of mysterious or weird and i was shocked when i found out...he died on 10/11/06 and if you flip the date its 09/11/01 the 10=01 the 11 stays 11 and the 06=09 weird isnt it?

That is weird yes. I would never have thought of that date change thingy. I think it's really bizarre how some of these things happen. I know that it was weird because there was September 11 2001 and then the Bali bombings happened on October 12 2002. I found that weird that it happened one day, one month and one year after each other. The two biggest terrorism attacks in the world at that time.

No, he was flying into area where lot of pilots had trouble navigating through around NYC before and tried making quick U turn. He was too inexperienced to make that kind of turn though.

I think it's purely a coincidence, but I didn't realize the number flipping relation.
