My favorite is Roaman's. But then, I am decidedly not fashionable. They also have things for fashionable people, don't get me wrong. But they also have simple utility clothes at reasonable prices.
Roaman's is part of a consortium with Jessica London (business attire, basically) and others. Each has a somewhat different emphasis, but all are plus sizes. There are incredible lingerie catalogs for those who like it sizzling hot, for example. I prefer cotton panties and utility bras.
