False flag operations are covert operations conducted by governments, corporations, or other organizations, which are designed to appear as if they are being carried out by other entities. Destroy the things they find desirable. If the straight come from Oil destroy it, food destroy economy destroy it. Remember the most one has the most it has to lose. If their power come from a military cut off there supply of food money and weapons.
