You don't want your make-up to match the color of your eyes if you're trying to make them "pop", so do NOT wear green eye-make up.... your eyes will only dissapear in all that green.... (Think of a red apple against a red background... you don't really see the apple, do you?...you just see a bunch of red...)
Wear a green shirt and/or green earrings! This will reflect your eye color, making your eyes appear even more green...
Also, when we look at things, our eyes travel on "color highways" (any art class will teach you this).... so looking at you, the eye will naturally move from your shirt to your earrings, to your eyes...
To accentuate your eyes, try the "smokey cat eye" look in copper/grey/black tones. Accentuate your eyelashes with black/brown mascara.

In my experience the best way to make your eye colour 'pop' is to wear a top or scarf the same colour as your eyes. My mum has usually dull blue/grey eyes but when she wears a blue top her eyes look really bright blue and amazing, same with my boyfriend.

Browns and peaches are very complimentary with green eyes. Stay with neutral colors. You want to enhance not hide so go lightly.

Hey Emma, I love putting darker plum, wine, eggplant.... colors on people with green eyes. They also have a great "eggplant mascara" at Benefit Cosmetics that I love.

i have green eyes as well and although I'm darker than you I'm pretty sure the same colors would work. i use allot of bronze and browns. allot of nudes to. you could go on covergirl.com and do a color match test and they ll show you colors that will compliment your skin tone and eye color

Purples are green eyes best friend. I have green eyes myself, and purple is the best shadow.
