Do those glue for shoe repairs work?

Part of the bottom of my sneaker came off and I'm wondering if the glue will hold with all the running and stopping I'm doing.

Nope, Its better if just buy new ones... And stop pulling off your shoe with your feet

when i was a skater back in nam we always use shoe goo. made the vision street wear or connies last that bit longer on the push foot that would always wearout first
