It won't let me sign in no matter what I try and I did everything it told me to do. I just got my computer back from the shop.

maybe someone or you were trying to log on over and over again with the incorrect information..it locks you out but not permenantly. I also had that problem for a while where it wouldn't let me sign in but i gave it time..didnt work right away but i logged back in later and it let me sign on..check with your email

i just went through this i have e-mail on msn couldn't log in tried over and over my home page yahoo runs slow went to router unplugged the three wires plugged back in computer worked good signed in msn yahoo ran good

1st, are you sure you're putting in the correct username/password?
2nd, are you sure you're connected to the internet?
