I know coke and heroin are up there with the most dangerous drugs as coke is v v addictive, plus sharing needles with heroin has risks associated with HIV (coke is a class a). I'd say any class a drug really, although any drug such as alcohol or smoking are extremely dangerous too - especially smoking.

1st of all , all the drugs r poisons if taken more than certain dosage............notorious ones psychiatric drugs(lots of them causes arrhythmias and sudden cardic arrest)blood thinners like warferin(if dose is not adjusted)can cause person even bleed 2 death......if u r pointing towards over the counter drugs then even 12 G(24 tablets)of paracetamol can cause the irreversible damage of liver........wheat pills could also come in the list as they hav no antidote........dont forget pottasium cynaide KCN in this list;)

ALCOHOL! Heroin withdrawls won't kill you, but alcohol can, not to mention how snockered people get and then they use all that wonderful newfound judgement and get behind the wheel of a car. Here's the biggie, If I were to smoke a joint, at least I know that I shouldn't drive. But alcohol takes away all your judgement deeming you invincible until of course you smash into someone else, hopefully you die too because if you don't you'll wish you had.

I think ice is probably up there with the worst of them. Heroin would be my second choice. Sorry I thought you said illegal. I don't know of any legal drugs that do much damage.

My psych professor said anxiety drugs are the most addictive because they are very effective so that can be on of the most dangerous.
