WASH

2006-10-24 14:20:45 · answer #1 · answered by Anonymous · 0 0

Diet and nutrition (in addition to showering and changing clothes). Also B-vitamins. Not the junk kind you find in most grocery stores, but high-quality vitamins you'd find in a health-food store. It won't all fix overnight either. Change diet and take b-vits and you should see a change in 6 weeks or so (sorry, but it might take that long). It might also be a point of seeing a nutritionalist and finding out WHAT you are eating that should be changed and WHAT you SHOULD BE eating instead (sorry, but you might need to take that route to get a full and complete and CORRECT fix on the problem).

You can do many things that works on your exterior like shower, and wearing perfume, & etc. However, if you really want drastic change, chage your food. What you eat comes out through your pores. This is why people with certain ethnic background have certain smell.

to wear clean, fresh clothes and underwear daily; no
sense to put 'dirty clothes' on a showered or bathed
body, as I have known some people to do!

Hot, soapy showers. Hopefully, you don't have a condition that's impervious to washing.
