Always try to forgive, it is better for you. Holding on to anger or hate is not a healthy thing to do. Depending on the person, forgiving doesn't always mean forgetting. If it is a family member, sometimes the forgetting part is easier.

I always forgive. Sometimes it takes a while, but I know what Jesus said. If I dont forgive, I wont be forgiven. Also the only person I hurt by not forgiving is myself. I feel a whole lot better if I just let it go, even if I know I am right.
