all the other keys work fine except those. i tried to uninstall they keyboard from the control panel and reinstalled it again and that didn't work...

Are you sure you haven't accidentally enabled any of the accessibility controls? Go into the Control Panel. Click "Accessibility Options", and uncheck "StickyKeys", "FilterKeys", and "ToggleKeys". Then you should be able to use those keys again.

Because if are trying to make a capital O, you are supposed to press the shift key on the left with your left hand, and the O with your right hand. If you wanted to make a capital W, you are technically supposed to use the right shift key, but I never do. I always use the left shift key. Same goes for ctrl and alt.

Is your Scroll Lock button on? That may be the problem... or check to see if your Function key(s) is stuck.

i had that same laptop a few months ago and the same thing happened to me and it kept telling me i was out of virtual memory . i took it in and they told me all they could do was replace the whole computer.
