The moon's gravity is very limited due to its size. In physics, the larger (or denser) something is, the more gravity it has. The more gravity it has, the more atmosphere it can hold. Atmosphere is all that stuff in the sky that produces rain, snow, lightning, tornadoes, wind--all that precipitation that we see all the time on earth. Since the moon has such low gravity, it has no atmosphere, and hence, no rain.

the moon doesnt have rain because there is no atmosphere, like here the evaporated water condenses in the cold temp of the atmosphere and thus produces precipitation.

There is no atmophere on the moon, hence there can be no rain.

the moon lacks sufficient gravitational "pull" because of its size, to hold on to an atmosphere. No atmosphere, no rain.

There is no atmosphere on the moon, there is no surface water to evaporate, no atmosphere for it to evaporate into, therefore no rain.
