Ask them nosy questions that are of no importance and insist they answer, and when they don't, poke them like crazy, but with a steady beat.
stare at them for a few seconds, then crack up. Repeat--over nd over! When they ask what's so funny, just say, "Oh, nothing."
Ask why or why not every time they say something.
Say hi or hello repeatedly until they say gibberish.
Keep prank calling with others' phones. Say things that would creep them out that a stranger knew.
Sing their all-time favorite song loud and badly, and get the words wrong.
Say rude things but act completely oblivious like you're not doing anything wrong. Such as:
Person A: What's your name? Nicole, was it?
Person B: No, Natalie.
Person A: Oh. Well, Nicole's prettier.
When they say a word, act all excited and happy and amazed and cracked up. Such as 'the:'
Person 1: The--
Person 2: HAHA! You said TH--and then--Haha! E!

Depends where you are and if you want them to know you did it or not.
At work, you could put a piece of tape over the phone thingy that pops up when you answer. When the phone rings, they pick it up, and it keeps ringing because the thingy is still taped down.
It is funny to watch them respond to that.
Another thing... is vasoline on the underside of door handles...
Or... marbles in the older hubcaps... they start moving the car and it makes noise, they stop, it stops... they move again, it makes noise, they stop, it stops... funniest thing...

Pick a random word that means abosultey nothing to that person and follow them around and say it all the time... I would get their number and call them and say it. Everytime I would see them, I would just say that one random word.. A word like Poop or something crazy haha

I'm 34 and to this day when my brothers piss me off I start singing the Lam Chop song....you know " this is the song that never ends cause it goes on and on my friend..........blah, blah, blah" They hate it!
