Excessive sweating is sometimes caused by an overactive thyroid gland. If you are always hot and seem to be losing weight- call your doc and you'll need a blood test to check your thyroid. If you just excessively sweat during exercise, you may want to cut down on your salt and carb intake. Also, if you're female, it could be hormonal and you should see your doc.
