I think that Shepard will break Meredith's heart again and she'll realize she should have stuck with Finn (I love both so I'm not partial but Shepard's got a history with breaking hearts- plus his sister is coming to town and will drive a wedge in the Grey/Shepard relationship). The guy who plays Burke said that Christina would get what she deserves for leaving him when he needed her most so I'm guessing that they may have a rough patch ahead. Izzy will come back to the hospital and try to start over.

Grey & Shepherd will probably eventually get together for good. Burk and Christina won't last. Izzy will be single for a while although now that she is a millionaire, she will have to fend off people after her money.

Christina will sooner or later cheat on Burke.
Izzy is due to be hit on by Mark and Alex but eventually she will realize that she loves George.
Callie is due to fall for Alex.
Alex is due to fall for Addison.
Merdith will stay after Derek who will stray.
Richard will get closer to Ellis
And House will come over and ravage every woman on the show on his way to ER to do the same thing all over again.

I think Grey and Shephard will get together, but it won't last because he will hurt her again with Addision. Christina and Burk won't last because she is pushing him too hard and too fast, which makes him uncomfortable. Izzy will come back and work at the hospital, plus I think her and Alex will get together and it will last longer because he has feelings for her. I also think she will donate the money to the hospital to help her get over the guilt.
Those are my thoughts for now!

i think Izzy will pull out of it soon and be back to normal.. for her anyway
christina and burk will fizzle out.. they just don't seem too dedicated to each other.
meridith and mcdreamy... well she f***ed up when she let the vet go... but then that wouldn't have made a good soap show would it... but i think if they work on a few things they can make it happen... and lets hope 'once a cheater always a cheater' does not apply here.

I think that Izzie will flirt with mcdreamy and they might fool around. I would like for mcvet to come back and flirt with her too and maybe fool around. I would like to see callie more. I hope poor meredith will get back with derek for awhile. I was worried all week about derek and the blonde that I have been hearing about from commercials.
