the answer would be D because the mean is the measure of central tendency that is most heavily affected by outliers, while the median isn't. Since option "D" has the most obvious outliers, that is the correct answer.

Not going to give you the answer, but here's a hint:

Think about the factors that can affect the different measures of central tendency (namely outliers), and determine the type of situations where the median might be more appropriate than the mean. Don't think about the numbers yet; just think in general terms. If you can figure that out, then see which distributions best fit that situation.

Another hint: Don't pay attention to some of the other responses.

i would say D. but to tell the truth , i dont know if you can anwser the question due to lack of data. D= 12+3=15-3=12-3=9+3=12 so that is the only logic and pattern i see.

my pick is D. homework is hard sometimes cuz the damn teachers have somethen stuck up their grany panties!!
