Been tryin to get pregnant, for bout 5 months now...a couple days ago my hubby and I had sex and it was very uncomfortable..and has been ever since. Also, all day today I feel almost like there's a ball or a knot in my pelvic area...could this be it?! I've taken 2 tests and both are negative...I 'should' start my period on the 30th of October...what do you think? Last month I was exactly one week late for my monthly visit if that helps at all..

Well there is a bit of open information here, did you have sex when you were ovulating? what was the first day of your last period. Some times you can get everything exactly right, but it just isn't your time. I know of a web site to go and "obsess" over it... twoweekwait.com this site kept me thinking the whole time... there is forums with loads of girs in the same boat as you are. If you think you are obsessive haha just wait. One thing I can tell you is that the hormones that are produced when you are pregnant (hcg) don't start showing up into your system at least 8-12 days after ovulation and sometimes later than that. So don't even bother trying to see if you have symptoms until at least after 8dpo. That day for me in particular I woke up with a sore tummy and a back ache, kinda like I was doing sit ups in my sleep... the sore tummy went away that day, but the back ache lingered for almost a week. I found out I was pregnant 4 days before my missed period on a dollar store test. Keep in mind everyone is different, you might not have the same symptoms as everyone else.

Sex shouldnt be uncomfortable just because your pregnant. You also wont be able to feel a ball or knot unitl later on. Like 5 to 7 weeks along at the least. Its too small to feel yet.

Well, its not related to pregnancy.
Maybe an infection, or youre roughed up inside and sore from all the friction. That happens some time.
Or it could be a small infection, or a UTI.... i dont know.
Its probably nothing.

Well i dont think sex should be painful while prego, as a matter of fact, all my friends that are pregnant or have kids have told me its better when youre pregnant!

omg i had this once! i could feel a little ball in my stomach right where i imagine my uterus is. Turns out it was nothing! You had sex a couple days ago so u shouldn't be feeling a "ball" yet.

there really is only one way to be 100% sure and thats to have a blood test. keep trying, try not to stress too much, relax and maybe ul both be blessed with a conception soon. good luck.

still too early for a correct test. i sort of felt something similar, but unfortunately doesn't mean your pregnant. i hope you are, good luck!!

IT IS HARD TO SAY YOU WILL JUST HAVE TO WAIT IT OUT,,,I HAVE 4 CHILDREN AND WITH ALL 4 PREGNANCIES I PERSONALLY HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS...GOOD LUCK AND IT IS PROBABLY TOO EARLY TO TAKE THE PREGNANCY TEST...
