I feel you. l have him on my team but he is on my can't cut list so he is on my bench to be used only when my other backs have a bye week.

It depends who you can get. If you can get a back like either a T. Barber (in a trade w/ another player) or just an A. Johnson or a T. Bell. take it but, Jamal will be a medeocor player all year long. If you're in a yahoo leagu, expect 6-10 pts a week from him just about every week.

No. I would trade him if possible to get a solid anything. If there are 9 other teams in your league, put out 9 offers and see who bites.

Rate your options if you wanna drop him. Who is out there that could have potential points like he could. I say keep him unless you can pick up a break-out receiver or something like that.

no he use to be a premium back but now hes washed up and averages about 55 yards a game and that doesnt do much for you
