I ONCE WAS ASKED, "AM I FAT?" AND THE PERSON IN QUESTION WAS HUMONGOUSLY FAT. SO I SAID YES. AND THEN SHE STARTED CRYING AND RAN AWAY. :-)

I was walking in the mall parking lot one day and this man that was probably about 60 stopped me and told me he liked my pants. Then he asked me "are those what you consider boot cut, do you know where I could get a pair?" I told him yeah they were boot cut but I had no idea where they came from since they had been a gift. It was a little odd to say the least, like I knew where an older man could go buy womens boot cut jeans that fit him.

Stupidest Question?

Many years ago I worked for a large corporation that purchased books for schools, universities and libraries. I was the cash with order-buyer. I purchased from small publishing companies.

Because of my bad organization..a filing cabinet drawer that I frequently ram shacked was the bottom one...so there l would be on my knees.....looking for a copy of a particular invoice .

It seemed every time someone walked by they had to say something cute like

"What are you doing? Praying"???

finally I got tired of it and said

"Yeah.......and you're still here".

*after a few times.........people quit saying that.

I have a friend that's half white and half black. She told me she was mixed but I forgot. One day when I was at her house I saw her dad for the first time. Without even saying hi or introducing myself I just blurted out, "Why are you white?"

My friend and her dad started cracking up.
