Depending on which kind of accord 88-89 98-2002
4cyl or 6 cylinder has a lot of options. Do you want Honda parts of Oriellys rebuilt.
But I would say it would cost you around 195.00 per side pllus a set of brake pads for about a total of 400.00 to 450.00 parts and labor. it could be as cheap as about 300.00

I would guess about $200-$250. The Caliper is going to be approx. $100+ and the labor time is about 1.5 hours for 1 side. I would need to know more specifics about the vehicle to narrow it further down for you.
