I'm not a guy so I can't give there perspective, but I figure if your a girl your a girl it's how you feel that matters, everyone deserves a happy life. There's someone out there for everyone and some guys aren't that shallow or narrow minded. As long as people are comfortable with themselves stuff the rest of them! I'd look on a transgender site, people must have some experiences they can share.

What is it that makes a 'man' - is it purely his physique?

If you say no to either question then you have already gone a long way to answering this question ..... because the question doesn't ask what makes a man or a woman - it asks do guys CARE......
There is only one answer which is correct - really - the answer has to be subjective not objective - no one guy can say he is representative of others, no-one can say 'Yes I do' or 'No I don't' and expect the world to accept that answer as an answer for all guys - and the same for women ..... The answer then is - it depends on the guy ..... as many responses here have already shown ......

An uninformed question...A " girl" with gender reassignment will never have a fully functional vagina or clitoris... so this is a non question
