Front head gasket or rear? How many miles has the van been? How many overheatings have happened? How much you find wrong when the heads are taken off. If you have more than 90,000 miles I reccomend a used engine replacement with warranty and low mileage. High mileage engine might spin a rod bearing shortly after making the compression good again. Mimium $1,000 both heads off to a maxium engine swap of $3,500 best route
