how the hell do i get rid of this annoying piece of crap..a stupid lock pops up. i cant adjust the screen setting and i havnt found a way to get rid of it...its a delll cpu new and windows xp flat creen..its realy annoying and pissing me off. so if anyone knows how to get rid of it plezase tell.

look up the exact model number and then look on dell's page or call dell or find dell manuals. theres usually always a way to restore factory defaults as dell cant help you remember what a code was that may have been accidentally set in the first place so try approaching it that way. good luck

Do you have a pop up blocker? If you do enable it.
