1. He had hookups to easy pass an ivy league

2. Ok you might not BELEIVE hes stupid for not reading the paper, but you gotta see the fact that he doesnt care. By reading the paper he can learn about our problems, like Katrina. Then know how to handle them better.

3. Ask him if he reads the newspaper. You people who say you don't need to read the newspaper obviously don't read it yourselves. Which is why America is slowy becoming dumber.

4. If he is so smart why is he the worst president of america?

Bush thinks he's smarter than everyone because he is. Yes, he's the most intelligent person to ever serve as president of the US. All you have to is look at all he's done and accomplished during his term of office to help the American people. Why, he's made us safe from the evil minions of the Middle East by conquering Iraq in a highly successful war which has resulted in few American deaths while delivering wanted freedom and democracy to the Iraqi people. Why, just look at the way in which they have welcomed our troops to their country! Have you ever seen such gratitude?

And look at how much help he's given to the people who have been displaced by Hurricane Katrina. There's no one wanting and all those who were displaced have all been able to return home thanks to the massive government aid.

Let's not forget the way he's successfully handled the federal budget surplus that was left over by the horrible Clinton administration. By his good works, Bush has succeeded in creating a massive deficit, but in so doing has helped bring freedom and democracy to those oppressed by a horrible regime and has insured that we will not be bothered by having too much money.

Despite the efforts by the ungodly Democrats, Bush has managed to lead this nation through rough times and keep it on a right, spiritual and godly path.

Now, how can you say Bush thinks he's smarter than anyone when he is of course, the smartest chimpanzee you will ever see?

i actually don't think he's smarter than everyone, sure he is a kind f a bad president but he is intimidated by the criticism he gets. he is actually really vulnerable right now. if he doesn't read the newspaper because he most likely has other sources for events. i don't think its quite fair to accuse him of this, sure he's made some really horrible mistakes during his presidency however that does not necessarily make him cocky. i was just wondering where you got this information? if you got it off the Internet is probably wrong, don't believe anything you read on line. i am not trying to defend bush or anything but i don't think what you said is true.

You're absolutely right, the president is uninformed and arrogant. And for all of you who said that the papers are "liberally" slanted or any sort of slanted, that is not true in most cases. The newspapers are the most reliable source of news.
For bushie: If you like to make up your own stories, and lie to the public, you better stay away from newspapers, or you might learn something! Gasp!

I would say, you're probably wrong.

If he thought he was smarter than everyone, why would he bother surrounding himself with all those 'advisers' whom he asks opinions and advice form all the time.
He's probably so busy talking to experts that he doesn't have time to read newspaper, who only publish what they think will sell anyway.

So, it is a fact that he doesn't read the paper? Where do you get your facts? By the way, reading the paper doesn't make you smart anyway so what does that have to do with anything?

Yes, you are! Why should he read the liberally slanted newspapers when he's getting the news first hand from people who are telling him the truth? Heck, he's creating the news! I like how you make up that he "thinks he's smarter than everyone" simply because he doesn't read the newspaper. I don't read the newspaper, either, but, in this case, I am smarter than you.
