In my school there are "segregated" lunchrooms which are refered to as the "white cafeteria" and "black cafeteria" by the students and teachers. In this case, the lunchrooms aren't purposely segregated b/c the students purposely divide themselves. (There are white students in the "black cafeteria" and vice versa, but there are more of the same race in their corresponding cafeterias, and there has been no discrimination up to this point).

My question is: Do you think this is acceptable in today's schools? Would you try to combine the lunch rooms into one big cafeteria? What are you thoughts?

We had assigned seats in our lunchroom I hated it. They should make one big room and let people sit where they want.
