Do I have to upgrade to a business or a premier account to receive payment(s) from eBay buyers if I'm a seller?

No - you can receive payments with a free account. However, if you're a seller and a buyer wants to pay by credit card you will have to upgrade. It only costs you a few dollars.

No. But if you want them to pay with credit cards or to be able to use paypal for outside of eBay you have to upgrade.

I think so. I recently did that so I could sell. I don't think it costs anything...other than the fees you must pay to sell in the first place.

Yes, you do. Been there, done that and then decided it wasn't worth it and just accepted cash, cashier's checks, or money orders LOL.

if u want to take debit or credit cards you do and then they charge like 2 to 3 % of the total you get............Hope this helped!
