my pc displays RAM 0 after that 0's and green lines appear in my monitor and it turns off. what's the problem?

First off, the bios is detecting no ram! If you have installed new ram, you got the wrong stuff! If you havent messed with the ram, you have a bad stick or your bios or mobo took a dump!!

Memory or cpu gone bad...try opening up the case and removing a memory stick one at a time and making sure your cpu is seated correctly as well as the memory.. Make sure your video card is seated correctly too.

ur RAM is gone. buy a new RAM.
